What the product measures
NameN records how selected consumer-facing AI services answer a frozen set of business-recommendation scenarios for a disclosed city or metro, language, time window, and methodology version.
The product separates:
- recommendation;
- mention without recommendation;
- valid absence;
- unavailable or technical failure;
- inconclusive result;
- factual or entity mismatch;
- visible source evidence and citation behaviour.
Reports include the available raw evidence, coverage, limitations, repeat information, and method version needed to understand the observation.
What the product does not prove
AI outputs are variable. A report does not prove that every user, session, location, or future request will receive the same answer. It does not measure an AI provider's private training data or internal ranking system.
NameN does not guarantee:
- ranking, recommendation, inclusion, citation, traffic, leads, patients, revenue, or business growth;
- that a customer action will cause a later change;
- continuous availability or unchanged behaviour of any third-party AI or search service;
- that observed public information is clinically, legally, or commercially sufficient for another purpose.
Monitoring records later observations. A change after an implementation marker is temporal evidence, not automatic proof of causation.
Recommendations
Baseline and Fix Pack recommendations are evidence-linked business hypotheses for the customer's review. They are not legal, medical, clinical, financial, tax, or guaranteed SEO advice. The customer controls implementation and should obtain qualified advice where appropriate.
The product does not publish content, change websites or profiles, contact patients, make clinical decisions, or act autonomously on the customer's external systems.
Third-party names and content
Third-party provider names, trademarks, answers, links, and citations belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion identifies the measured surface or evidence and does not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, or control by NameN.
Report use
Reports are prepared for the requesting business under the disclosed scope. Before sharing excerpts publicly, the customer should preserve the date, market, methodology, coverage, and limitations so the excerpt is not misleading. Scores or findings must not be presented as scientific standards or guaranteed outcomes.
